"I’m not totally sure what went wrong..."
I’m not totally sure what went wrong, but check-in was a mess. I couldn’t get into the place, and it really felt like there was no one available to help for hours. Maybe it was just bad timing, but it definitely made the start of the stay stressful.

"Listing was off"
It just wasn’t like the photos or description at all. I was expecting what was shown, but what I got felt kinda different, so yeah... not great

"Disappointing stay, wouldn’t book again"
This was a really frustrating stay. The place wasn’t clean when I arrived, and when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting passed around with no real solution, and support didn’t seem to care much. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

"Refund process was such a headache!!"
I booked through SkyRun but ended up having to cancel because my plans changed. the cancellation details weren’t very clear, and trying to get my refund sorted was way more frustrating than it should’ve been!! I kept getting super short replies that didn’t really answer what I was asking, so it turned into a lot of back and forth. In the end, I lost more money than I thought I would. I probably wouldn’t book again unless they make the refund rules much easier to understand upfront

"I had a frustrating experience..."
I had a frustrating experience with customer service. It took way too long to hear back, and when they finally responded, it felt like they weren’t really understanding what I needed. Maybe my issue just wasn’t a priority to them, but from my side, it came across as unhelpful and kind of disappointing.

I stayed through SkyRun and, the place felt poorly stocked. The kitchen barely had any usable pans, the coffee maker was kind of gross, and the WiFi kept cutting in and out. A few of the amenities that were listed either weren’t there or didn’t work. For what we paid, it just felt a little careless.

"Booking was kind of a hassle"
I tried booking a place on skyrun.com and it was frustrating. The dates looked available at first, but once I got to checkout, they changed on me. Then the price went up by maybe $100 or so with extra fees added at the end. The page froze a couple of times too, so I had to start over more than once. After about 20 minutes of messing with it, I just gave up and booked somewhere else...

"Weekend Repairs? Apparently Not a Thing"
I put in a maintenance request and then basically spent the whole weekend waiting for someone to show up. Spoiler: no one did. The unit stayed broken the entire time, which was super fun to deal with. Really nice to feel like your issue is a priority, you know?

"Probably not worth what we paid"
I booked through skyrun.com thinking it seemed like a decent deal, or at least I thought it did at the time. Maybe I should’ve looked closer at the total cost before booking, but once everything was added up, it felt overpriced for what we actually got.

The place itself was fine, I guess, but nothing that really stood out. For the amount we paid, I kept thinking the rooms should’ve been cleaner and the basic stuff should’ve been a little better. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it just didn’t feel like good value.

Customer support was also slow, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. I don’t know, maybe other people would feel differently, but I left feeling like we paid too much and got too little. I probably wouldn’t book again.

"I remember waiting way too long for a response"
From what I remember, I kept waiting for someone to get back to me and it just never really happened. It was frustrating because I needed help and felt kind of left hanging. Definitely not the most helpful experience.

"Location didn’t live up to what I expected"
I booked this place through skyrun.com, and the actual rental was fine overall, nothing terrible or anything. But the location was a letdown for me, especially because that was a big reason I chose it.

On the map, it looked like it would be close to shops and the main part of town, but once we were there, it felt farther than expected and not very convenient to walk. The street was also noisier than we had pictured, which made the whole spot feel less relaxing.

I’ve started to think places can look a lot better location-wise online than they feel in person. It wasn’t the worst stay, but since I picked it mostly for where it was, it didn’t really work out. Next time I’d definitely check the area more carefully before booking.

"Dirty little stay, honestly disappointing"
We got there after a long trip and, yeah, the place was just not clean. I started calling it the Dust Museum because the floors felt grimy, the bathroom clearly needed a proper scrub, and there was dust sitting around like nobody had checked the place in a while.

I ended up wiping down a few things myself before I even unpacked, which was annoying. Not exactly what you want to deal with when you’re tired and just trying to settle in.
